This is a bug introduced with a Windows 10 (all versions) update in March.
The calculations are printed without images or the program crashes.
In most reported cases it it resolved with the latest Windows updates available now.

For v2004 the update causing the bug is KB5000802
The printing error has been fixed by Microsoft in the update: KB5001649.

For v1809 the update causing the bug is KB5000822 and it is fixed with the update KB5001568

If a full Windows update does not work, the only reliable solution is to uninstall this update.
